Preview will be Friday from 4 to 6 pm.
Pick-Up Dates will be Monday 12 noon to 5 pm & Tuesday 2 pm to 6pm immediately following the auction. If not picked up by Tuesday at 6pm or other arrnagements made for pickup, the Credit Card on File will be Charged.

A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all goods as part of the purchase price.
We do NOT have room to store orders. Please come pickup items or DO NOT BID! Failure to pick up your item(s) by the Friday after close of auction will result in Storage Fees to be accessed until picked up. We are not a storage facility nor are we a bank/financial institution.

Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and with no written or implied warranties. The Auctioneer is not responsible for the description, authenticity, or condition of the property.
Some items may be missing parts and or pcs, maybe broken, damaged or used.
It is your responsibility to preview the items and their condition prior to bidding.
Any condition statement that is given is a courtesy to the client… Please satisfy yourself prior to bidding.
All items must be paid in full prior to removal.
