A BUYERS PREMIUM of 15% will be added to the price of ALL items. Sales tax of 8.75% will be charged on all taxable items, UNLESS purchaser is Tax Exempt and has it on file with Benz Enterprises Auctions. Payment will be made at time of pickup. We accept CASH, GOOD CHECK, And Credit Card . ANY TOTALS OVER $1000.00 MUST BE MADE BY CERTIFIED CHECK OR CASH PICKUP DAY IS FRIDAY 12-20-24 4-6PM Benz Enterprises Auctions reserve the right to remove, or add to any Auction items up until auction time. Bids CANNOT be retracted once placed, Once you bid it is a binding contract. THIS IS A TIMED ONLINE ONLY AUCTION lots will be staggered, and have a soft close begining on THURSDAY 12-19-24 at 6pm. SOFT CLOSE - item bidding will be extended by 2 minutes when there is bidding activity at time of close. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON MOST LOSTS $10 PACKING FEE PLUS ACTUAL POSTAGE ALL successful bidders must come during set pickup hours.
