All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid drivers license or id. By registering, you agree to abide by all T&C put hereforth, and stated in individual auctions. There is a 5% buyers premium on this auction. We held out as long as we could, but have to add this small fee to stay in business. Sales Tax will be collected it is 7.9% in Fremont County, Colorado unless we have a valid resale sales tax exemption form on file. It is your responsibility to mail one in or provide at time of pick up. All items will be described to the best of our knowledge. It is up to you as a bidder to carefully look at the pictures and read descriptions prior to bidding! All items are sold as is, where is with no express warranty implied. FOR LOCAL BIDDERS: If we cannot contact you or have not heard from you in 5 business days after the auction closes we will charge your hi'bid credit card on file and hold the item for you for up to 2 weeks. After such time, we will retain property of the items and dispose of them at our discretion. PLEASE make sure your mailing addresses and contact information are correct in HIBID!!!
