TERMS & CONDITIONS: There will be a Buyer’s Premium added to the bid amount which may vary per auction. Please remember this when bidding on items. Payment will be made by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). The card on file will be processed for payment in full at the close of the bidding. BUYER’S PREMIUM IS 16% - This will be charged on top of the highest bidding price at final close. SALES TAX: All applicable sales tax, according to the governing tax laws in Maryland, will be added to the purchase price on all taxable items or lots unless the Buyer files a tax exempt form with our company. Maryland requires $200 in sales to be able to use your tax-exempt number. USER AGREEMENT: This is a legal agreement between you (the User or Buyer) and the site owner (Lost & Found Auction Company). You must be at least 18 years old to bid. Lost & Found Auction Company has sole discretion to ban you from further use any Buyer or Seller which Lost & Found Auction Company, believes to have in any way misrepresented itself or any item, and/or has failed to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, or has conducted any improper auction behavior as determined solely by Lost and Found Auction Company. Any seller who misrepresented their items and any Buyer who improperly fails to carry through with a purchase will be banned from any further use and may be subject to additional legal actions. REGISTRATION: Buyers must register on Hibid with a valid credit card in order to bid. Payments will be by credit card unless buyer notifies Auction house before Auction begins. At the close of the auction, the card on file will be charged. ALL SALES FINAL / NO REFUNDS. DECLINE PAYMENTS: If your payment declines, you will receive a decline payment email. Please contact lostandfoundauction@gmail.com to make other payment arrangements before your item can be shipped or picked up. If no payment is made within 1 business day, buyer will be declined to bid at any future auction. All items won will be forfeited. CHARGEBACKS/STOP PAYMENTS: ALL CHARGEBACKS and STOP PAYMENTS on cards are prohibited. Buyers will not be allowed to dispute an auction purchase, this is part of the Terms and Conditions you agree to when you start bidding. CREDIT CARD DISCLAIMER: Lost & Found Auction Company complies with all regulations of the PCI (Payment Card Industry). Buyers agree and understand that Lost & Found Auction Company assumes NO liability for security of credit card numbers on Auctioneers site, emails, etc, including the auction system provider’s site. BIDDING: Do not bid unless you agree to ALL of the terms. By bidding you acknowledge all terms and conditions listed herein. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and no bidder shall retract their bid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: All purchases must be removed from the auction house without damaging any property and within the posted pickup day/timeframe or by appointment scheduled prior to bidding closed. Removal is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer assumes liability for all costs, risks, and damages to item(s) purchased. Items that are not picked up by the end of specified pickup date will be considered abandoned, Lost & Found Auction Company will then take possession of said items with NO REFUND to Buyer. Removal extension(s) may be granted at the company’s discretion, and along with extension will assess a fee that must be paid for at time of scheduled extension. Buyers will be liable for damage to the Auction’s property during removal, if they are at fault for any damages, there will be costs associated with repairs and/or replacements. Lost & Found Auction Company in no event will be liable to the Buyer for delivery of any items or lots for any reason. Delivery meaning the transfer of physical merchandise to the buyer. SHIPPING: Email lostandfoundauction@gmail.com as soon as auction closes to notify us if you would like your items shipped. There will be a minimum $5-$15 handling fee depending on the amount of items won to be shipped. All items eligible to ship will be noted on that specific auction lot. We used the cheapest rate possible through pirate ship. Shipping costs will be added as well as additional handling fees at company's discretion. It may take up to 2 weeks for items to be shipped. ADDITIONS/WITHDRAW: Lost & Found Auction Company has the right to add or remove items from auctions at any time. The Lost & Found Auction Company has the right to cancel auctions at any time. PREVIEW: Buyer(s) will be offered a specific time or by appointment to inspect the items up for auction. Buyers are responsible for investigation and inspections of their own knowledge and criteria. Buyer(s) will NOT rely on the auction company, the auction’s employees, or descriptions of item(s) on the auction’s website. The Buyer(s) agree they are bidding/purchasing items that are sold “AS-IS” & “WHERE-IS” condition. Lost & Found Auction Company makes NO guarantees or warranties of any kind.

Credit Card on file will be charged following close of Auction. If you requested shipping, shipping and handling will be added to credit card. No cash day of unless prior arrangements have been made before the close of the Auction. If credit card on file declines you will be sent an invoice to be paid within 24 hours. If you did not advise us that you would like shipping, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping and handling which must be paid within 24 hours.
Pick up dates are: Monday, December 16th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Bring anything needed to pack and load all items won. Please email lostandfoundauction@gmail.com if shipping is required. Pick up at 13404 Pennsyvalania Avenue Hagerstown, Maryland 21742 Behind Weaver's Treasures Door Marked Lost and Found. Auction Pickup is not located in Weaver Treasures. Shipping must be indicated when registering to bid, or before the close of Auction. Shipping and Handling charges will be applied depending on the lot amounts and shipping supplies. We use pirate ship for the best available rates.
