Buyers are responsible for the inspection of the items when picked up and must provide your own packing material and boxes. Items shipped will be preinspected - photos taken if necessary and insured for value during transport. Payments must be made with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card Credit Card Information to be provided at time of payment - Your Credit Card information given at time of sign up is for verification of person only. A 4% credit card convenience fee will be added if a debit or credit card is used. No Sales Tax on this auction as it is an estate liquidation auction for an estate. All items are sold on "As is, where is" basis. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not warrantied. White Auctions & Appraisal reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion. Terms: 15% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price. Payments must be made in cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card. We do not use the Hi-Bid system for credit card billing and will contact you on or before December 20th via e-mail or phone for this information if we believe that we will be shipping to you. You may also call us on Tuesday December 17th from 9 AM to 5 PM at 618-483-9020 Credit Cards that are declined upon shipping requiring us to recall you for another card will have a $20 denial charge added to the invoice. A 4% convenience fee will be added if a debit or credit card is used with a $1 minimum convenience charge.

A minimum handling fee of $7.50 / $3.00 on envelope shipping and will be added per box packed and additional charges after the first 15 minutes depending on the size of your package and supplies required to pack your items for shipping of your treasures.
