Bring Assistance for Loading: Please bring help to load your items.
Boxes Required: Please bring your own boxes for packing.
Compensate Helpers: If you ask another buyer to assist you with loading, please compensate them or, at the very least, offer assistance with their items.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms apply to all buyers and bidders participating in the auction. By bidding, you agree to these terms. Sellers also consent to these terms.

Buyer’s Premium
A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid. The total sales price is the winning bid amount plus this premium.
Tax-Exempt Buyers
If you are tax-exempt, please bring or provide your Tax ID number.
Pickup Terms
Purchased items will be available for pickup only. No delivery or shipping services are offered by Gooch Auction Group, LLC.
Important: There is no item pickup on the auction’s closing date.
If you fail to pick up items on the designated pickup day:
Your credit card will be charged.
A disposal fee of $20 per lot will apply.
For items weighing over 10 pounds, an additional $100 fee will be charged.
The auctioneer will determine the disposition of unclaimed items.
Auction Closing Details
Gooch Auction Group, LLC Online Auctions are timed events, and bidding will close at a specified time.
Auto-Extend Feature: If a bid is placed within the final five (5) minutes of the auction, the closing time will extend by an additional five minutes from the last bid. This process repeats until no further bids are received within the final five-minute period.
Refresh Your Screen Frequently: Ensure your browser is updated during the closing minutes to avoid missing bids.
Inspection and Sale Conditions
All property is sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS.”
No refunds, exchanges, or adjustments.
Items are available for inspection during designated times. It is the bidder’s responsibility to evaluate the condition before bidding.
Payment Terms

Please note: Checks are NOT accepted as a form of payment.
Item Removal
Buyers are solely responsible for the removal, loading, packing, and transportation of items.
Purchases will only be released upon presentation of a paid receipt.
No items will be released without proof of payment.
Items must be removed by the stated deadline. Items not removed will be considered abandoned, and the auctioneer will decide their disposition.
Sales Tax
A 6% Kentucky Sales Tax applies to all sales. Tax-exempt buyers must provide valid documentation prior to bidding.
Abandoned Items
Items not picked up or paid for by the specified removal deadline will be deemed abandoned. The auctioneer reserves the right to resell, store, or dispose of these items, with all associated costs billed to the buyer. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.
Technical Issues
In the event of technical difficulties, Gooch Auction Group, LLC may extend, continue, or close the auction as deemed necessary. Neither the auction company nor the software provider is responsible for missed bids due to technical issues.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through mediation center located in Lexington KY.
Agency Disclosure
Gooch Auction Group, LLC and its agents represent the seller. Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the auction company and its representatives from all claims, damages, or suits.
Bidder Default
Failure to complete a purchase is a serious offense and may result in:
