Dustin Schmett will be available during Preview to answer questions. All equipment in operating conditon unless otherwise stated.
Scheduled pickup dates are 23 or 30 December 1-3 PM EST. Other times may be approved. Grain Bins and Dryer to be removed by 1 May 2025 or forfeited.
All invoices over $1000 will require wire transfer unless prior authorization has been approved.

AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
AGREEMENT OF TERMS:
By registering for this auction, you agree to the terms of the auction. All Items sold are "As Is" "Where Is".
SHIPPING:
We ship items using Shipping Saint. After the auction ends, you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select pick-up time and/or shipping. We may take up to 10 business days to ship for large auctions. You will be billed separately for shipping when your items are packed & weighed. All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link. You will receive this link through text and email. Shipping will be via USPS or UPS. All invoices over $500 will require a signature for delivery. When the shipping invoice is paid, shipping will be finalized, and you will receive the tracking number once your label is printed. If you are out of state, we will automatically ship your items, unless you let us know otherwise. All invoices over $500 will require a signature for delivery. Any item lot that is won and prepared to ship that the Buyer defaults on Shipping Payment will be considered abandoned property. A $25 a day charge will be assessed per lot after the label email is sent for payment and the Lot will be resold to collect damages. There will be no refunds.
REGISTRATION:
All bidders must register for each auction. In order to register for the auction, the registrant must go to R2 Auctioneering.hibid.com to register. Registrant must also provide contact information which includes telephone number and email address. Registrant must register with a valid Credit Card.
BUYER'S PREMIUM:
A 14.5% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid price for all purchases made on-line or by absentee bid.
An additional 3% will be charged for credit card.
PAYMENT:
Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction. Payments accepted are Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card. There will be a 14.5% Buyers Premium and additional 3% for credit card usage. Buyer agrees that all sales are final, and they will not dispute Credit Card Charge. For Invoices over $1000.00 a Wire Transfer is required unless prior agreement is made with R² Auctioneering. Buyer will be charged Indiana sales tax at 7%.
DEFAULT OF PAYMENT:
Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction. Items picked up at R² Auctioneering can be paid for there. If you require shipping, your credit card you used at time of registration will be charged for your winning lots at end of Auction. If you are scheduled to pick your items up and do not, your credit cards you registered with will be charge within the hour after posted pickup times have expired. If Buyer needs to make other arrangements they must contact R² Auctioneering and seek an agreement of Payment Terms. Any invoices remaining outstanding after the payment due time, may be accessed a collection fee as well as all other remedies allowed by law. R² Auctioneering may retain any monies received as deposit as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for within the time specified may be resold at public or private sale, without further note. Any resulting deficiency together with all expenses and costs of re-sale will be the responsibility of the defaulting purchaser.
CONDITION AND WARRANTIES:
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guaranties of condition, whether implied, or otherwise given. Great effort is given to providing the description and condition of each item, when known. R² Auctioneering will not be held responsible for errors in the description or condition of any item. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the authenticity or condition of any item prior to bidding. No refunds will be issued on any item sold due to errors, omissions or condition of items sold. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold R² Auctioneering, Auctioneer and staff and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain the fitness or use of that asset as being purchased.
AMAZON RETURNS
We use stock photos on most returns. This a a representation of what the Bar Code on the box tells us it should be. We do not warrant any item as we cant possibly open and inspect these items for missing parts or damage. There will be no refunds.
BIDDING:
Bidding is available on-line only. Lots may be offered in various ways including a single lot, multiple lots, split lots, etc., which will be at the discretion of the auctioneer and R² Auctioneering. Bidding will continue until the highest bid has been obtained; the auction company will have rights to refusal if the bid does not meet their requirements. Upon approval from the R² Auctioneering, the highest bidder will be the winning bidder; all other bidders will be considered null. The auctioneer, at their discretion, may offer additional lots to the "back-up" bidder(s) at the winning bidder's price; back-up bidders have the right to accept or decline the offer. R² Auctioneering, its employees and contractors, and the seller have rights to bid during the auction. R² Auctioneering and auctioneer have the right to reject any bids that are merely nominal bids, if in their judgment it may adversely affect the sale.
DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS:
Disputes between bidders determining the winning bidder will be handled as follows: R² Auctioneering or its' auctioneer may decide the winning bidder or may resell the items immediately.
CHANGES TO AUCTION LOTS:
The auction company reserves the right to change any lot whether it is number order, content, grouping, division, addition or withdrawal of lots at any time. Once the auctioneer says sold the lot can no longer be changed.
SECURITY:
All items become the sole responsibility of the Buyer once the Auctioneer has said sold and has confirmed you are the successful bidder. It is your responsibility to secure your items, no refunds or adjustments will be given for lost or stolen items or for shortages.
REMOVAL:
Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases may be removed upon presentation of a paid receipt to the Auction Staff. Purchases may only be removed during the allotted pick-up period. Removal dates/times will be announced at each auction. Any item(s) not removed during this period may be considered abandoned and no refund will be given.
Once an Abandoned Item has been with us for Ten(10) days a $25 per day, per lot fee will be assessed. After 30 days, abandoned items may be resold without notice at public or private sale or otherwise be disposed of at purchaser's expense. No refund will be given for abandoned items.
The Winning Bidder must bring any tools or necessary help to remove their lot(s). R² Auctioneering is not staffed to assist with removal.
PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISK:
Persons attending during preview, sale, or removal assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the R² Auctioneering and staff from liability.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Additional terms and conditions of sale may be announced and/or posted at the time of sale. All announcements made the day of sale take precedence over other advertisements, notices, terms and other published information relating to the auction.
