Effectively removes baked-on food and cooking oil from griddles. Quickly loosens and lifts carbonized grease and food soil upon contact with hot griddle (300-350 F). Cleans dirty griddles 40% faster than the leading competitive system. Safer for workers and food quicker and easier and more cost-effective than alternatives. Does not contain caustic soda.
