Loading purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Technology Disruptions - B&H Auction will not be responsible for technology disruptions, errors, or failures (including disruptions to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize, or record online bids), whether caused by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, failure of the Online Auction Platform, or otherwise (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of YOUR internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) for any other reason. B&H Auction may, but will not be required to, continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced. 18% Buyer's Premium charged to all bidders. We are a small auction company with limited shipping resources, and we try to limit our shipping volume, therefore, if you live with 60 miles of our Gallery, we ask that you arrange to have your items picked up.
