READ BELOW. Important Auction Information 1.) Register to bid. At the top of your screen you will see a button labeled "Login/New Bidder". You will need to click this and fill out the basic information to create your new account or login to your existing account. If you have bid with us in the past and have forgotten your Username or Password, you can reset them from there. There is no charge to register and bid, you only pay if you win an item. The credit card on file will be validated by our software company. This means they will put a "hold" on your credit card for $1 and then reverse that charge within 24 hours. This ensures the card is valid and that you are bidding against only other valid bidders. 2.) Preview the entire catalog early and often. New items are added to the catalog as they come in to the warehouse and can sometimes fall on different pages depending on where they are placed in the building. It isn't unusual for new items to be added just minutes before the auction begins. 3.) Pick the items you would like to bid on and PRE-BID with realistic numbers. We can not stress this enough. Items can be lost in the final seconds due to last second bids, Internet outages, power or site failures. The computer will bid on your behalf up to your maximum amount if some else places a bid. EXAMPLE A.) You place a bid of $100 for an item. Someone else bids $50 and nobody else bids, you win your item for $55. EXAMPLE B.) You place a bid of $100 for an item. Someone else bids $100 and nobody else bids, you will still win your item at $100 because it is the first bid. EXAMPLE C.) You place a bid of $100 for an item. Someone else bids $110 in the final seconds. Bidding extends 2 minutes and you will only have 2 minutes total to bid again. 4.) PLEASE READ the terms and conditions. All bidders are bound by the same terms and conditions for this auction included payment options, pickup times and other things important to the auction. 15% buyer's premium will be added to all bids, 3% fee for all card transactions, 6% KY sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you have a current tax exemption resell certificate approved and on file with our office. If your sales tax permit hasn't been preapproved, please be advised that it could not be acceptable. Please look before you bid as all bids made are final and subject to these terms and conditions. Delivery pricing is 12.5% of your bid price + $2 per mile. Exclusions apply. FACTORY DIRECT INTERSTATE X-PRESS: Items with lot numbers 1000+ are all sold under the Xpress terms. Items must be paid in full before the factory direct shipping is confirmed. Shipping to our warehouse is estimated to be 14-21 days to our warehouse. Please note that while we strive to ensure prompt and timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee that all items will arrive within 14-21 days. The 14-21-day timeframe is an estimate that typically applies to the majority of our items. However, certain circumstances beyond our control may result in unforeseen delays. There will be a 14-day grace period for all Xpress items. In the rare event that your item(s) do not arrive within 28 days from the time of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund. It's important to understand that delivery availability is not guaranteed. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent us from delivering an item to your desired location, you will be required to arrange for pickup at our warehouse. Our delivery service is curbside, meaning that items will be placed outside your home or in an enclosed garage area. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to enter your home or assemble items that require assembly. Before our driver leaves the premises, we kindly request that you inspect the delivered items for any damages. Exclusions apply, and delivery terms are subject to change. Please keep in mind that as a standard practice, there are certain delivery disclaimers and indemnifications that apply. These include but may not be limited to situations where damages occur during transport, inclement weather conditions, or unanticipated events that may affect the delivery process. An online bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, if you do not agree with the terms of the auction DO NOT BID. The auction company, consignors nor the hosting company will be responsible for any discrepancy in bidding, missed bids, internet outages or disputes of price. All bids are logged into our computer software at the fall of the hammer in the live auction. All auctions are considered to be with reserve unless they are advertised as absolute. The auction company reserves the right to bid on behalf of those reserves. At the conclusion of the auction, you will receive an email with an invoice of items won after the auction is concluded and a full accounting is done. The auction company reserves the right to correct any and all errors that could happen before or during the auction including typographical, clerking errors or any errors caused by loss of an Internet connection. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins. On rare occasions, an item may be sold that is no longer in inventory. This can happen due to a clerical error, damaged item, or shortage from our suppliers. In the event that an item is purchased that is no longer in inventory, we will reimburse the full purchase price of the item, plus any auction fees or taxes. The auction company will not be responsible for any other charges

Payment Terms
Credit cards will be billed on Friday at 5:00 pm. Register for the auction with the credit card that you intend to pay your bill with. Cards are verified and are auction specific. You can not update your card after your registration. CASH PAYMENT: If you would like to pay cash for your items, you must do so before Friday at 5:00 pm. You may make an appointment and pick up items within 7 days.
IMPORTANT: Pickup of items is by appointment. You will be emailed a link to book your prefered time at the conclusion of the auction. Items must be picked up within 7 days. * Check your items off. Make sure you have all of your pieces loaded before you leave. You should always double or triple check to make sure you have every item before you leave the premises. When purchasing suits, make sure you have all of your items. * If you load items in the box, look at the boxes to ensure that it is the correct item number that you purchased. We can not be responsible for items loaded incorrectly. * Make sure your items are securely loaded. This means bringing proper equipment to haul your items safely. Rope, tie downs and furniture blankets may be required to transport your items, be sure to plan accordingly. * Our staff will help as they can to load your items if you need it, we will not be responsible for damage of items or vehicles should it occour. * Furniture can take time to load, please be patient. * All items sold in this auction are pick up only. We do not offer shipping for anything in this auction. * Pick your items up in the alloted time frames, we do not have the space to store items that are sold. Items left on site over 7 days will be resold in a future auction, no refunds will be given. * PLEASE be patient. Buyers are loaded in the order that you arrive. Furniture takes some time. * We can not load your items on Saturday, we really wish that we could, but that is an auction day for us, and there are several of our warehouses that are closed. We can not make exceptions.
