Online only public auction. By registering and bidding you agree to the terms of the auction. Bidding starts at $50,000 and ends Monday December 9th, 2024, at 7pm (soft close auction). Realtors must accompany their clients to open house or register prior to open house to participate in the auction. This property features a single-family residential ranch home with detached 2 car garage and detached workshop. Property sells subject to approval of the top bid by the owner. Open house Thursday November 21st 4PM-6PM and Wednesday November 27th 4PM-6PM. Property sells with no contingencies. Any tests desired by the buyer must be done prior to the auction close. A deposit of $5,000 will be required from the successful buyer within 48 hours of the auction close.
