Pick ups must be scheduled in advance and paid for prior to pick up.You will get a link to the online Schedule in your Invoice email the night the auction closes. All items must be picked up within 10 days of auction close. Shipped items will be packed and a shipping cost will be included in your final, payable invoice. Shipping cost is actual retail shipping plus a $5.95 per packed box handling fee. Shipped lots must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the payable invoice. All sales are final, all items sold are as is with no guarantees. The Archive Auction LLC does not warrant the correctness of description, signatures, marks, authenticity or condition of said items. All property is sold "as is" neither The Archive Auction LLC nor the seller make any express or implied warranty or representation as to the condition of any lot offered for sale, and no statement made at any time, whether oral or written shall constitute such a warranty or representation. Descriptions of condition are not warranties. The description of the conditions of articles in damage or repairs, are provided as a service to interested persons and do not negate or modify the section entitled Absence of Other Warranties. Accordingly, all lots should be viewed personally by prospective buyers to evaluate the condition of the articles for sale. Payment Terms
All winning bidders will be sent a paybable invoice through PayPal once they've scheduled a pick up time or have arranged shipping. Payment can be made on that invoice with any credit card, or cash in person. Any CC processing fees are paid by The Archive Auction, not by the bidder. Payment for invoices containing currencty lots must be made by wire transfer, or cash in person. Payment for invoices totaling more than $5,000.00 accepted through wire transfer only. Partial payment by credit card for any invoice totaling more than $5,000.00 may be accepted at our discretion and totaling no more than 50% of the full sale price.
All shipped lots are charged actual retail shipping rate plus $5.95 handling fee per packed box. All winning bidders will receive an email the night the auction ends with instruction regarding scheduling a pick up time, or arranging shipping. Any bidders who show up without a scheduled pick up time will be asked to schedule one no sooner than the following day. All lots must be paid for, and picked up within ten days after the end of the auction. If for any reason, a bidder cannot pick up their items in that time period, arrangements must be made with us, and any extensions of that time period are at the sole discretion of the representatives of The Archive Auction LLC.
