Online only public auction. Bidding starts at $30,000 and ends November 25th 2024, at 7pm (soft close auction). Realtors must accompany their clients to open house or register prior to open house to participate in the auction. This property features 3.57 acres, single family residential home and pole barn. Property sells subject to approval of the top bid by the owner. Open house Wednesday November 13th 4pm-6pm and Wednesday November 20th 4pm-6pm. Property sells with no contingencies. Any tests desired by the buyer must be done prior to the auction close. A deposit of $5,000 will be required from the successful buyer within 48 hours of the auction close. This deposit is non-refundable if the buyer is unable to close the purchase with no fault of the seller. Have financing available prior to bidding.
