When registering as a new bidder the credit card you register with will have an authorization charge completed. The credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction unless you specifically call us ahead of time to arrange for different payment. If alternative payment is approved we accept cash or a good check. A buyer's premium of 15% plus applicable sales tax applies.
This auction features an auto bid extend feature. Auction end times: Our timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. The auto extend feature will extend an auction by 2 minutes if a bid is placed during the final 2 minutes of bidding. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within the final 2 minutes. If the first item is scheduled to close at 12:00 Noon, items will close every twenty seconds after that unless the auto extend feature kicks in. The second item will close at 12:00:20, the third at 12:00:40 and so on.
Do Little and Bums does not test items to guarantee there genuineness. All descriptions are believed true, but please examine pictures closely we will do our best to note any issues we see. Measurements are approximate sizes. You are bidding on the described item, not the photography. Please read the description incase a photo is miss applied to an item. Any items that are not picked up within 30 days from the end of the auction will be considered abandoned and those items forfeit with no monies returned, unless prior arrangements are made with Do Little and Bums Management. We do not provide any packing materials or boxes that may be needed for transport of items. We will make every effort to reach customers who have not payed for their items. In the case of non payment of the items won after 10 days the items will be considered abandoned and will be charged back. If this occurs we will notify hibid and block any further bidding on our auctions.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD WHERE IS AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. NO IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED WARRANTIES. ALL DESCRIPTIONS BELIEVED ACCURATE BUT NOT WARRANTED. BY PLACING A BID, BIDDER SIGNIFIES THAT THEY HAVE EXAMINED THE ITEMS TO THEIR SATISFACTION. APPLICABLE SALES TAXES OF 5.3% WILL BE CHARGED. BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 15% WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL PURCHASAES. IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE OF THE ONLINE BIDDING SYSTEM OR OTHER TECHNICAL FAILURE, DO LITTLE AND BUMS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR REOPEN THE AUCTION. The bidder contract entered into between the bidder whose name is registered to this account and Do Little and Bums agree that the terms listed below shall govern this auction:
1. Full payment shall be made before any items leave the premises.
2 Payment for purchases must be made according to terms of each auction. All Checks must be made payable to Do Little and Bums.
3. A Buyers premium will be added to the bid price to arrive at the sale price. The sales tax of 5.3% will be calculated based on this final sale price. (Not final bid price)
4. Bidder agrees not to pursue chargebacks on any credit card payments
5. NO WARRANTY: The descriptions of items in the auction are believed to be correct. Never the less, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by owner, its Officers, Agents or Employees concerning any item shall be constructed as a warranty, either express or implied.
6. Settlement: Must be made at the conclusion of the auction. Nothing is to be removed until settlement is completed. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the time of pickup, and the Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property upon pickup.
7. Resale: Do Little and Bums reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full within 10days of the close of the auction. They Buyer shall be responsible to Do Little and Bums for any expenses of resale and or collection and damages resulting from the resale.
8. Injury & Damage: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder and or his Agent , and further agrees to hold Do Little and Bums agents, owners, and employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on Do Little and Bums premises located at 6253 Richmond Hwy, Appomattox, Va. 24522.
