This property features a single-family residential ranch home with detached 2 car garage and detached workshop. Property sells subject to approval of the top bid by the owner. Open house Thursday November 21st 4PM-6PM and Wednesday November 27th 4PM-6PM. Property sells with no contingencies. Any tests desired by the buyer must be done prior to the auction close. A deposit of $5,000 will be required from the successful buyer within 48 hours of the auction close. This deposit is non-refundable if the buyer is unable to close the purchase with no fault of the seller. Have financing available prior to bidding. All bids are legal and binding.
