Requirements to Bid, participate, & bidding: Read our terms and conditions carefully, When registering to participate in our online auction you are entering a binding agreement with Revival Auctions. We review all bid profiles prior to and throughout the auction. We decline bidders who have neg. remarks on their profile, unpaid invoices, or do not follow rules. Bidder profiles are for Hibid and auctioneers, it helps eliminate those who bid and do not pay as well as scam accounts. Auctioneers may leave reviews on your profile which generate a rating scale, this follows you from auction to auction allowing auctioneers to review, approve, decline and if needed ban high risk bidders from placing a bid. If at any time during the auction your profile charges from a positive to a negative we may remove you from the auction and ban you from future auctions permanently. If you correct the actions needed on your profile and it is resolved and you no longer become a risk. You are welcome to request for a review. All bids will be reviewed during and after the fall of the hammer. If you win, YOU will be sent a invoice to your email on file you will be obligated to buy the lot(s) at said price you indicated during the auction. You can bid in increments or place a max bid having the platform electronically bid in your place for you in increments keeping your bid as the highest bid or until your max bid has been reached. The Owner/Sellers of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion before and after the fall of the hammer. When entering our online auction you are agreeing to our policy and you are in agreement with Revival Auctions. As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the registered Bidder and the bid cannot be retracted or adjusted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the lot(s) at said price you indicated as your bid. The Owner/Sellers of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion. If the highest bidder is a scam account, or if their profile changes and we have rejected the bid or the are in default the next runner up with receive the opportunity to win the item at the MAXX bid they indicated. During the live auction internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction - Under No Circumstances shall Revival Auctions, Hibid, AuctionFlex or anyone else be held at fault if their internet service fails to work correctly before, during or at the end of the auction. IF you have slow internet or phone service your bids may be missed. We suggest using the MAXIMUM BID feature. The program will bid for you at current bid increments against other internet bidders. It will NOT automatically jump to your max bid UNLESS a bidder has entered a bid close to or higher than yours. The program will bid for you when you are unable due to internet or phone service. Payments: When you register for a bidder number your credit card number may be retained for future purchases. NOT all auctioneers offer payment methods through Hibid. We do have your card verified for $1.00 and refunded at the end of the auction to help eliminate scam, hackers and fake accounts. Some auction houses including Revival Auctions offer in house payment methods. These will be found on the invoice which will be Emailed to you. Payment methods will listed on the invoice. WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT PARTICIPATING IN HIBID 3RD PARTY PAYMENT METHOD WITH GLOBAL PAYMENTS . We do offer similar payment methods. WE ARE ACCEPTING FOLLOWING- Debit and credit cards a secure link will be emailed and you input your own details. Zelle, Cash App, Apple pay, GooglePay, ACH and in some cases a domestic Wire Transfer maybe required. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE THE SAME DAY! 30 day hold on Transactions including jewelry, jewelry with diamonds, gold, silver, luxury items, high end handbags, high end watches or invoices $400+ will have a 30 day hold before shipping. All items are inspected before shipping, Larger invoices may require domestic wire wire transfer or Bank transfer. HIBID Services: HIBID and provide an auction platform only. Hibid does not provide auctioneer services, Or determine the terms for the auctioneers. Any users who choose to conduct or participate in auctions using HIBID Services are acting on their own behalf and are responsible for any actions that they may take with respect to any auctions or related transactions that they may enter into. HIBID does not represent any Auction House, not a party to any transaction that may occur between users. You are solely responsible for resolving any disputes that you have with users of Hibid and their Services. Sales: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ALL items SOLD AS IS. We do our best to provide information about the item along with quality photos. Be advised the color of an item may be different in photo due to lighting or other factors, We try to point out flaws if any, condition for used items and if the item is in working condition and been tested. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. Taxes: There is No sales tax in Oregon. The buyer is responsible for paying and claiming any sales tax their state requires. Invoicing and payment: If you are the highest bidder we will review your profile, the bid you placed and the items won. If approved A invoice will be sent to the email provided on your Hibid profile. Payments are due the same day. If a payment is not made We will do what we can to reach you. If we do not hear from you and a payment is not made you will forfeit your winning items and with our own discretion. We make an effort to ship all items unless stated pick up only in the description. You will receive an emailed invoice at the conclusion of the auction if you have won any items. Buyers premium: A 20% will be applied to all sales and buyer will be responsible for paying premium charges as well as handle and shipping fees. Once payment clears items will be available for pick up OR shipment.If your item requires pick up besure to schedule a pick up time and date when paying for your items. We do ask you to give us 48 hours after the auction to generate invoices, collect payments, prepare orders and make sure your payment has cleared before scheduling. We do not ship OR release items until payments have been made and cleared. Depending on your payment method and when the payment was made plays a factor in when the payment will clear. All payments are to be made the same day. Invoices are emailed, we also may reach out by texting or calling to the contact info on your file. We will make attempts to reach out to you by phone, text and / or email if we have not received payment. On day three if we have not received a response from you about your payment your items will be at risk of forfeit . If the item/s are not paid in full by the 5th day your item/s will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion.Non- payment will result in permanent ban from future auctions, we will also leave a review on your bidding profile which could result in your profile being labeled as a risk for non payment. Payment Agreement- You as the bidder and the buyer of the merchandise are giving the seller / merchant authorized permission for the seller/ merchant to accept and to debt your account from the account you provided when you input or provided the account information in the amount agreed and invoiced which has been provided by an invoice which will be sent to all winning bids.This transaction is going premission to debt a single transaction only and does not provide authorization for any additional charges unrelated to your account. you the buyer authorize the seller/ merchant to charge and accept the payment method given for the goods described in the invoice emailed to you the buyer.This is for a one time transaction. This debt may be deducted one or after the the payment has been been innetatied, Picking up: At this time we are only offering pick up for large items only. If the item qualifies for pick up only it will be listed in the description, FOR ALL OTHER lots we offer shipping only. We do not have a store front location so for now we will only offer shipping. Once we move into a store front we will offer pick up for items. WE do combine orders when possible and we compare rates for the most affordable and reasonable rate. SEE shipping for more details. If you are picking up and prefer to pay cash be sure to bring exact amount, we do not have change and please notify us in writing you are paying by cash in person at pick up . We will schedule a day and time for you to come get your item/s and you will have 7 days in order to do so. If paying online: after payment clears you will have exactly 7 days to schedule and pick up your item/s. After 7 days if your item/s have not been picked up a daily holding fee for $10.00 will be applied and due when you pick up. By the 10th day after the auction if you have not picked up your item/s and the buyer has not made other arrangements for your item/s they will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion. Shipping: Listed Items may be subject to EXPORT, RE-EXPORT, AND IMPORT CONTROL LAWS AND REGULATIONS, PROHIBITIONS, RESTRICTIONS OR COSTS. You are solely responsible for identifying and complying with any applicable export/re-export/import laws, rules, regulations, licensing, and/or Customs requirements associated with Listed Items and any transaction you may enter into with other users. If a Listed Item is seized or destroyed by any governmental Customs agency or returned, we will not be responsible for the losses, the Listed Item or shipping refunds. We offer shipping on most items (excluding furniture, framed art and large bulky items) If the item is not available for shipping and required to be picked up it will be noted in the listing under the description. We will contact you if special handling or additional insurance is required. We ONLY ship to the address on your HIBID profile make sure this information is correct and if not provide an accurate shipping address to HIBID support to make the necessary changes. We are not responsible for shipping vendors' inability to deliver to the address provided. Tracking is provided upon request by email; however, we are not responsible for shipped items that do not arrive.$100 Insurance is included for all shipments. If additional insurance is required it will be added to your invoice and to be paid by the Buyer. Your item will not be shipped until the invoice is paid in full and payment has cleared.
