1) INTERNET PREMIUM: The internet premium is 20%.
2) SALES TAX: A sales tax of 7% will be applied to invoice total.
3) BIDDER REQUIREMENTS: A valid credit card is required for bidding approval.
4) PAYMENT OPTIONS: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Cash
are accepted.
5) PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Payment is to be made within 3 days of auction end. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover. All purchases through internet bidding via Hi-Bid will be assessed a 20% buyer's premium + 7% sales tax. The buyers premium is reduced to 16% if paying by cash.
6) OUT-OF-STATE BIDDERS: If you are an out-of-state bidder and have purchases over $500, your funds will need to be wired directly into our account (contact us at 704-782-5625 to receive wiring instructions).
7) CONTACT US TO MAKE PAYMENT: Your credit card will not be charged immediately following the auction. HiBid does not provide us with your credit card info, so it is the buyers responsibility to call the auction company within 3 days upon auction close and pay for their items.
8) PAYMENT AT ITEM PICKUP: Buyers that will be picking up their items, may pay by cash or by credit card at that time.
9) PICKUP DEADLINE: Items need to be picked up within 5 days of auction close in order to ensure the safety of your items as we have limited storage space. Items left at our facility for more than 10 days will be sold (if not paid for or picked up).
10) NON-RESPONSIVE BIDDERS: If you do not pay for your items or respond to our calls or emails within 10 days, you will be flagged and cannot participate in any future auctions. To be unflagged will require a $25 reinstatement fee.
11) CONDITION OF ITEMS: By bidding, you as the buyer/bidder acknowledge that you have either closely examined the item, or you have chosen not to examine the item or understand that there is no preview for the auction prior to bidding.

13) SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Our Auction company will ship all items that WE deem possible to ship. All packing, shipping, handling, & insurance costs to be paid by the buyer. THERE IS A $20 FEE FOR PACKING AND SUPPLIES. Items shipped directly by our Auction company are shipped via USPS and FedEx. FRAGILE ITEMS: Some fragile items will need to be taken to The UPS Store for shipment. In this case, we will provide them with your contact info and they will contact you directly to quote your shipping fee. Oversized Items: If you purchase a very large item that needs to be shipped by freight carrier, it is up to the buyer to set that up with the freight carrier. Our Auction company is not responsible for your package once it leaves our facility, so any claims needing to be filed for damages will have to be done by the buyer with the shipping carrier. If you are an out-of-state buyer, please understand that shipping is expensive, so please consider that before bidding.

15) AUCTION HOUSE LOCATION: Our Auction House is located at 4150 Mt. Pleasant Rd, Rockwell, NC 28138. Unless the auction is specified as an "offsite sale", you will pick up items at our Auction House. Otherwise, we will note the offsite sale address in the description of the auction.
16) ITEMS AS-IS: All items are sold 'AS-IS' with no warranties either expressed or implied. The accepted bid is a contract and is legally binding. All sales are final with no refunds.
17) ASK QUESTIONS FIRST: Bidders, please ask questions regarding our lots PRIOR to bidding. Please do not bid unless you intend to purchase your lots.
18) ESTATES: Most of what we sell comes from estates where the owners are deceased, so we try to describe to the best of our ability the condition of each item and provide you with numerous photos.
19) CONDITION OF ITEMS: Buyers need to understand that they are bidding on antiques or used items -NOT NEW ITEMS (unless we say they are new).
20) ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Bidder agrees that all sales are final with no refunds, no exchanges, no adjustments, and no charge-backs. No invoice shall be voided for any reason of defect or lots being incorrectly described in the listing. Our listings are prepared as a guide based on information from sources believed reliable but not guaranteed. Bidders understand they may not be able to inspect an item in person. However, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, and value of a lot on their own. Bidder must understand that it is YOUR responsibility to inspect all items and make your own inquiries.
THE AUCTION COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE MERCHANDISE DESCRIPTION.
21) AUCTIONEER RIGHTS: Our auctioneers have the right to add or delete items in each auction.
22) RESPONSIBILITY OF BIDDER AT PICKUP: Our staff is not responsible for packing and loading your items. Please make sure to bring supplies to assist you in packing your own items. Any items not removed will be forfeited. Our staff may not be on site, so please be prepared and bring your own help especially if you are purchasing oversized and heavy items!
23) RIGHT OF REFUSAL: Our Auction company reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
24) ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements made online or by communication shall take precedence over all other information.
