* This is an Online Auction for the Estate of Greta Adamson, A longtime resident of the Longview. Also included is the Estate of Ricky Greer, her son whom also lived with her.
Security on premise 24 hours a day. Home is heavily guarded and Secured with cameras inside and outside with complete alarm security and is monitored 24 hours a day. Jewelry, Firearms, Coins, Gold & Silver and Other such items have been removed until auction pickup day.
* Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards.

* Bidding Period: Now thru ___________ Friday Nov 15 (Soft Close) Starts closing 12 noon CST
* Pickup: day after auction close _______ Saturday Nov 16 10-4PM (NO EXCEPTIONS)
* Preview: Online and in Person on Thursday Nov 14 From 10am - 1pm
* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.
* Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file.
* Declined Cards: There is a $65 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason.
* Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500.
* Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material.
* Note: Lots 900 - 1099 are all upstairs. Please come prepared.
* Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the items. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.
* Warranty: No warranties Express or Implied, This is an AS IS WHERE IS Auction. Bidders are urged to test and preview items beforehand at preview.
* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash
