1. All vehicles and their contents will be sold "AS IS", with no warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the warranty of merchantability. Buyer agrees that vehicles are purchased "With All Faults." The bidder is responsible for inspecting vehicles prior to bidding. The auctioneer makes the final decision regarding the winning bidder on each vehicle. All sales are final. 2. Payless Auto Auction is not responsible for printed errors or omissions in regard to year, make, model or mileage of vehicles or any other defect in the title or registration paperwork. 3. The buyer must register the vehicle with the state Motor Vehicle Department after purchasing it. Buyer assumes full responsibility for transfer and ownership. 4. Buyer is responsible for all Motor Vehicle and Emission Fees. All emission related repairs are the responsibility of the buyer. 5. Payless Auto Auction reserves the right to accept bid increments that they feel is in the best interest of the sale. 6. Payless Auto Auction and its' representatives do not in any way guarantee the odometer to be actual, true or correct. Most vehicles sold through the sale are sold "TRUE MILEAGE UNKNOWN" box C. 7. Payless Auto Action reserves the right to bid on any vehicle. 8. Titles are made out to the registered bidder with identification. No exceptions! Any vehicles not removed from the auction premises within for (3) days after the sale will be charged $25.00 per day storage and may be forfeited for resale. 9. Duplicate titles for vehicles purchased at the auction will incur an additional $35.00 charge. 10. If multiple vehicles are purchased, they must ALL be paid for at same time, if not a $500 deposit will be rerquired. 11. Absolutely no working on vehicles in the yard. Only one person per vehicle will be allowed in the yard. No exceptions! 12. Any person who removes parts of property from a vehicle prior to or during the sale will be asked to leave and will forfeit any future return privileges. Any vandalism or theft including removal of keys or tampering with the vehicles will result in prosecution. 13. All vehicles must be towed or dollied from the auction location. The bidder is responsible for vehicle transportation. No exceptions! 14. Private parties will be charged Sales Tax and administration fee for document processing. 15. Units are subject to a 10% Buyers Fee as well as City and State Sales Tax of 8.6%.
