Buyer acknowledges that he has been advised that the purchased vehicle is subject to 114.1 of Regulation IV regarding use of and maintenance of pollution control service devises motor vehicles and the prohibition of removal or damage to such devices and the prohibition of selling or leasing vehicles with inoperable pollution control tested to obtain an annual safety inspection sticker required by law in Texas. Buyer acknowledges that he has been informed that copies of these regulations are available for his review if requested. 8. The AUCTIONEER reserves the right to stop all unfair bidding practice and have the party banned from the sale, with no refund of deposit. 9.
