Failure to pickup and complete payment within pickup dates will result in total forfeiture / claim of the item. Possession shall take place after payment is made. Buyer accepts that under no circumstance, will he or she initiate a charge back or request for refund. By submitting a bid, you agree to complete the transaction. All items must be paid in full before removal. Video surveillance is active while the bidding is open, during previews, and during pickup/removal dates. In-person inspection is encouraged. If an item is marked "no shipping or pickup only", we will not ship. No large items, liquids, or hazardous materials will be shipped. Your mailing address must match your shipping address. A fee of 3.95 will be applied to each lot that needs shipping. You will be charged actual shipping. A 3% credit card convenience fee will be applied to your shipping and handling costs.
