Auction Terms & Conditions:
This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If the auction is set to close at 5:00 pm, the first lot may not close if someone has placed a last minute bid. This will cause the item to stay open for 1 more minute while other items may be closing. This goes for all lots. As long as someone has bid, the auction will add 1 more minute on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding. Cowman Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Cowman Auction is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Cowman Auction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Cowman Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface.
Payment Instructions:
Cash, approved local checks, cashiers check, credit card, or wire transfer will be accepted. Please let us know which option works best prior to the auction closing. Please contact the auction company with any other questions.
Picking Up Your Items:
Please bring help and appropriate tools to load your items. You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of any items you may win at this auction. If you are unable to safely pick up and remove your items during the scheduled item pickup times, PLEASE DO NOT BID. The Auctioneer does NOT hold items beyond the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund and the items will become the sole property of the Auctioneer if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder; and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any liability.
