Auction Terms & Conditions (General)
" All bids are final. All items are sold "AS IS" no exceptions
" All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
" All descriptions are believed to be accurate; inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any question please contact us.
" A 10% buyer's premium will be added to every item sold. There is also a 3.5% charge to cover the cost of processing credit cards. All items are to be picked up during normal pick-up times designated by each auction. Items not picked up during that time will be subject to forfeiture with no refund. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated. (Items that are designated as items that can be shipped are subject to the shipping conditions below.)
" No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full.
" It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items.
" CREDIT CARDS accepted for this auction.
" SHIPPING Available for all items on this auction or picked up at the time and location below.
" SHIPPING COST - All items on this auction can be shipped. There is a $10.00 per lot Packaging cost in addition to the actual USPS Postage cost.
" PICK UP LOCATION - is stated in the auction description.
" PICKUP DATE/TIME - stated in the auction description
" All of our auctions have a soft close.
" Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.
" While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Prins Auction Service shall not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies.
" Any Announcements made on day of sale supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder. Buyer's Premium 10%.
" Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond control. Internet bidders be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will work to accommodate varying internet speeds but is not responsible for the final result of delays.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: The condition of the merchandise being offered varies. Buyer understands and agrees: (1) that any description or sample of the merchandise given or furnished by Auctioneer is solely for identification, and does not create any warranty, express or implied, that the merchandise actually conforms to such description or sample; (2) that all merchandise is purchased and accepted by Buyer "AS IS-WHERE IS," 'IN PLACE" and "WITH ALL FAULTS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN." AUCTIONEER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED AS TO QUALITY, QUANTITY, CONDITION, LOCATION, USEABILITY, SALABILITY, WEIGHT, MEASUREMENT, BRAND, MAKE, STYLE, YEAR, MODEL, MECHANICAL CONDITION, PERFORMANCE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHER SPECIFICATIONS. MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES MAY BE IN EFFECT. NO SALE SHALL BE INVALIDATED AND AUCTIONEER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR A MISDESCRIPTION OF ANY ARTICLE OR LOT WHETHER CONTAINED IN A CATALOGUE, ADVERTISEMENT OR OTHERWISE. Descriptions have been prepared for guide purposes only and shall not be relied upon by Buyer for accuracy or completeness. By submitting a bid, Buyer/Bidder affirms it has inspected all items or has waived its right to do so prior to bidding. Buyers shall be deemed to have relied entirely upon their own inspections and investigations. NON-CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT: BUYER AGREES THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidders are responsible to thoroughly inspect items before bidding and to satisfy themselves of such matters as to suitability, marketability, completeness, year, make, model, condition and/or any other consideration.
