First weekly November auction, lots include electronics, collectibles, games, and more. See item specifics for conditions.
Items are sold AS IS, and WHERE IS, if shipping is not available. No returns, or refunds. All sales are final. Please make sure to look at all pictures and read all descriptions prior to bidding. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Cards will be run at the end of the auction so please make sure you use the correct one to avoid delays or setbacks. Pickup address will be in the settlement email, with a sign up sheet attached. Shipping will be cost of shipping label and materials. Small $1.50 fee per lot for shipping, up to $10 handling per box due to large, heavy, or time-consuming items, up to the discretion of the shipping team. All shipping will be done in house. If you are outside the DFW general area we will assume you require shipping unless you let us know before the end of the auction. Local buyers that require shipping please let us know before the end of the auction. Items not picked up will be considered forfeited and will be relisted for auction after a certain amount of time, and after multiple attempts to call and message.

Payment Terms
Cards will be run at the end of the auction. If we charge the card and it does not run, we will try it again, and then we will send out a settlement email with a link to pay. After 48 hours of nonpayment and inability to contact you through email and via phone, lots will be considered abandoned and relisted for auction. If you require shipping, let us know at the time of registration. Please let us know if you are tax exempt at the time of registration, prior to auction closing, and send along any information needed prior to auction day, or we cannot guarantee to waive the tax.
READ PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS!! PLEASE!!!! ****PICK UPS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY****** Pick-up for this auction are ONE DAY ONLY on Tuesday, November 5th and will be by appointment only. Link to sign-up form and pick up location will be attached on winning settlement emails. Make sure you get signed up for a time, and are on time for your appointment. If you do not sign up for a time, we may be offsite at a different location. If you know you will need a different day, please contact us when you register for auction, prior to auction end, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping will be invoiced through Square after auction pickup has ended. Invoices for shipping must be paid by the end of three business days after received, or lots will be considered abandoned. We pack our items well, and do not upcharge for our shipping labels, so we pass along our savings to you. Additional fees may be applicable for items being shipped that are large, heavy, or otherwise time consuming, up to a fee of $10 per box. Thank you.
