Paid in Full at Close of Auction All winning bids will be charged to the registered credit card at the close of the auction. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final price of each item. Winning Bidders Upon conclusion of the auction, winning bidders will receive an email confirming the items they have won. An itemized invoice with all purchases will be sent via email once the auction has closed. --- Pick-Up Information Pickup is scheduled for October 26th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Item Removal No item will be released to the buyer until full payment has been received and cleared. Removal of purchased items is at the expense, risk, and liability of the buyer. All items must be picked up during the specified removal time (November 9th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Failure to remove items within this period will result in additional storage fees, and any items not picked up within 7 days will be deemed abandoned and may be resold or disposed of at the discretion of Derryberry Auction Co., with no refund to the buyer. Announcements All announcements made by the auctioneer on the day of sale supersede any prior written or verbal communications, including any terms in printed materials. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject bids from anyone who is not registered or who fails to comply with auction terms. The 10% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all winning bids.
