Description
All items are sold AS IS. No exceptions. Buyer's Premium is 10%. Preview will be Wednesday, October 29th from 12pm-7pm. Pick up is Sunday, November 3rd from 12pm-6pm. If these dates/times do not work for you, please contact me ahead of time and I may be able to work with your schedule. The pick up/preview address is 5820 Old Quarry Rd. Fulton MO. In order to pick up your items, you will need to show ID that matches the name registered with HiBid. Check your registered email address for an invoice. All invoices will be sent at the conclusion of the auction. The card on file with HiBid will be charged after the auction, UNLESS you let me know beforehand if you'd like to pay at pickup. Please allow an extra day for invoicing for orders that request shipping. **IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE, PLEASE CONTACT ME!**
To be approved for online bidding, there must be a credit card on file and all bidder information must be current, complete and accurate. Bidders must be at least 18 years old to bid. By registering and leaving online bids, you are signifying that you agree with the following terms and conditions of this sale. 1. CONDITION All items are sold "AS-IS," "WHERE IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS" AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All auction items are available for bidder examination during the auction preview. Bidding on an item signifies that you have examined that item, or you have elected to not examine that item. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidders to examine lots in person and decide their level of interest. The auctioneer is not responsible for the accuracy of any printed or verbal descriptions. All weights and measurements are approximate and not guaranteed. Buyer relies solely on his/her own expertise and judgment regarding authenticity and condition when bidding on an item. As noted above, all sales are final at the fall of the hammer, and we not give refunds. J&A Sales, LLC shall have no liability for any damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with any sale to purchaser. No refunds will be made for any shipping and/or handling fees paid to a third party by the purchaser. 2. BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to items won. 3. PAYMENT TERMS: Accepted forms of payment include Credit / Debit Cards for online bidders. Cash/Venmo/Cards are accepted if you come to our facility and pick up your purchases. THE CARD ON FILE WITH HIBID WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION UNLESS YOU CONTACT ME BEFOREHAND. Invoices for purchases will be sent out after the auction concludes. The total on the invoice will include the hammer price, the buyer's premium, and shipping fees. Property WILL NOT BE REMOVED from the auction facility until payments are rendered in full. NO EXCEPTIONS! Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer at time of payment, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from auction house. 4. The credit card registered with HiBid will be charged after the auction unless you contact me beforehand if you'd like to use a different payment method. There will be shipping offered on eligible items. You MUST contact me BEFORE the auctions conclusion to add shipping. Shipping charges are responsibility of the buyer. Items must be picked up on Sunday, November 3rd from 12pm-6pm UNLESS prior arrangements are made. If the item(s) are not picked up within this time, it becomes property of J&A Sales.
