** By placing a bid you agree to the below terms and conditions:
** Items are sold as is/where is.
** All announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any and all other advertising and representations, whether printed or verbal.
** 10% Buyers Premium is charged on top of all winning bids.
** Currency: USD
** FIRST TIME BUYERS: All invoices over $500 will require payment by wire transfer. We may charge your card a refundable deposit up to 50% of the total invoice, unless contact is made and wire transfer is arranged. This deposit will be refunded once the wire transfer is completed. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you require shipping on your items as a first time buyer, we will ship your winnings once your payment has cleared this could take up to 7-10 business days. We will only ship to the address on file with Hibid.
** Sales Tax for SD will be charged when applicable.
** Local Customers may pay by cash, credit card or check. We charge a 4% transaction fee for American Express transactions, a $50 NSF fee on all returned checks and a $30 fee for all declined credit cards plus any other fees incurred from unsuccessful transactions.
** Out of town customers may pay by credit card or wire transfer
** Out of country customers (excluding Canada) will be required to pay with wire transfer
** All Buyers: We may require a wire transfer on large invoices, if we do require a wire transfer, we will secure a deposit up to 50% of the invoice amount on your credit card on file unless contact is made with us within 2 business days and wire transfer is arranged. This amount will be refunded when the wire transfer is complete.
** Items are located at 2011 Helios Dr. Rapid City, SD, 57703 and a possible second location, if an item has a different pick up location, it will be noted in the description of that item. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR BIG ITEMS AND BOXES, TOTES OR BAGS TO LOAD OUT OTHER ITEMS. These items are not provided at pick up.
** Shipping is available on most items. Please check the individual listings to ensure shipping is available. We do not ship most large items, some glassware or guns and ammunition.
** Shipping and Handling costs are not included in the winning bid. You will receive a second invoice after we have packaged your items and gotten them ready to be shipped. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a paid in full invoice including shipping costs and the tracking number. We DO NOT SHIP to: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela or any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries.
** Adult Signature and insurance will be added to ALL packages over $500 we may add signature and insurance on lesser priced, higher value packages also. Packages will be mailed to the address on file unless noted at time of registry NO EXCEPTIONS
** Most items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the close of the auction or after funds have cleared.
** Auctioneer is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. We will package everything in house, as economically as possible and to the best of our ability.
** All invoices MUST be paid at time of pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
** All items must be picked up on scheduled pick up day unless previous arrangements have been made, payment is still expected on the scheduled pick up day.
If you do not make arrangements for your items to be held after pick up a $20.00 per day fee will be added to the winning bid on all items not picked up on the scheduled pick up day.
Items not picked up within five (5) days from the close of the auction will be considered abandoned and the winning bidder will forfeit all rights to the item.
** If you do not pay your invoice, you will not be able to bid on our auctions again, we will ban you and leave negative feedback for future auctioneers.
**All items are described to the best of our ability, descriptions are believed to be accurate but not warranted. Please contact us anytime with any questions.
**Not all jewelry is marked, all jewelry has been tested unless otherwise noted.
** Bidder inspection is encouraged.
** By placing a bid, bidder acknowledges that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or have chosen not to personally examine the items.
**All bids are irrevocable.
**Absolutely NO refunds, NO chargebacks and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
**All unpaid invoices will be charged to the Winning Bidder’s credit card on file upon close of pick up day.
** Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at anytime for any reason.
** Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
** Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at anytime for any reason
** Auctioneer is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damages to person or property on preview or pick up days.
