We like transparency and like to be direct, so there is no confusion after the auction so here are our terms:
Anyone who registers and wins and item will automatically be charged for said item. You cannot remove your bids. You are responsible for the items. Then you are responsible for shipping or pick -up. Your credit card will be charged.
If you bid on an item and win and your card is declined the item will automatically be considered abandoned and be forwarded to the next auction, since you robbed serious bidders of an item they wanted. This will not be discussed unless there was a credit card error.
Refunds: There are no Refunds. If you are new to hibid please read all information concerning the auctions.
We will accept E-transfers but everything has to be paid for up front before we ship anything . And you need to email me juliaserblowski@gmail that you would like to e-transfer.
If your new to bidding and you mess up I will be polite but the above will still apply.
If you want to give me grief after I have accomodated you the above applies, then our business will be concluded and then you will be blocked from participation in our future auctions.
Due to Health Concerns and Allergies we will state when an Item comes from a smoking house hold, if you have allergies or concerns the items have been clearly marked and it is your responsiblity.
Shipping: on small items determined by lot
We have done our best to secure pricing and we use our discounts to get you the best rates. I will supply you with the reciept directly from the post office for your shipment. However if you want to argue with me, Or be disrespectful to me, then that will be a you problem, and you will still be charged either way.
This is a courtesy on our part as those who resale items need this information for accounting purposes.
If at any time we forget to send this then please send me an email and I will provide it.
All parcels will have tracking and the insurance that comes with them unless you state otherwise.
Each parcel at time of shipment is put through Canada Post one at a time, and each receipt is attached to the correponding invoice.
Glass: Anything glass we do not guarantee because anyone we ship with will not guarantee us and we will not be held responsible for said items.
Due to the amount of auctions, and items we carry from time to time we will encounter human error, we will do our best to accomodate you. However we WILL NOT put up with any ignorant, or rude behavior.
Postal costs are running from 15-40 dollars depending on the size and weight of the package. So yes you have been told, so do not tell me that you don't think it cost that much I can assure you costs have risen approx 10-20 with some carriers. Making your own shipping arrangements are perfectly acceptable.
Once your package leaves our facility we are not longer responsible for it.
Delivery: We do not deliver
Pick-up: If you want pick up then you will be responsible what goes with this under lock down rules. and regulations at this time we are doing small shipment auctions to avoid issues.
Testing: Any items that have been tested will state, tested working, not working etc. We give no warrities or guarantees with electronics etc. We do our best to test items. However we may not have the means to do so so therefore we mark the items so it is clear what you are buying.
Un-tested means just that.
Smoking Household: Means that it came from a house where people have smoked and items smell smokey Once this is posted and you have allergies this is your responsiblity you will still be charged.
Labeling: We do our best to Label and item however if you see something mislabeled please email me and I will change it.
Every item is sold AS IS . Condition of the items are documented on the descriptions so please read them. Any item without desriptions are in good condition.

Consignments: We take consignments, call us for information. We do single items and full estate items. If you are downsizing, moving etc and need a hand then feel free to email us.
Any Items we feel should be in a higher end auction we contact our partner company to see if they can put it in their auctions which are worldwide to get you the most value for your item.

Additonal charges: We don't have any addtional charges. We don't hold your items, we don't charge you to box your item etc. If we feel we need to charge you something extra if the need arises we will discus it with you and you will sign off in an email for said charge.
Markiing of Accounts:
I take marking of accounts and banning very serious, and to do this you have to be beyond difficult to deal with or extremely rude for me or my staff to do this.
For other auctioneers emailing me and calling me trying to find out information by pretenting to be a serious client please have some for of respect for yourself and our time.
Here is the information your looking for:
We operate on a sliding scale depending on the amount of items and the size of the job and work that has to be done. We take pictures or they can provide them if they are ok. We don't charge to put their items in the auction. We don't charge boxing fees. We don't apply hidden charges. We don't charge storage. We don't hide credit card fees in charges for them to pay.
We do our best for our customers because we want long term customers, and we want long time suppliers. We also have a very large world wide auction house we work with to get the best dollar for our clients. We work with other auctioneers and have the utmost respect for them and what they do. However we do not work with non professionals and the behavior that goes with that. We try to provide the best pricing with shipping and A 1 Customer Service.
If we are doing things that you do not agree with that is a you problem. Provide better service.
Now the legal terms:
By entering our auction you have read and agreed to the terms above and acknowledge that we provide no warranties or guarantees on any item. By entering the auction you accept you will not hold Jukia Distribution its company or people involved or associated companies, owners staff etc responsible for anything at anytime.
