By registering for our online auctions you agree to all of our TERMS & CONDITIONS. An online registration will be considered a signed contract from the bidder who wishes to participate in our auction and that the bidder is accepting all of these TERMS & CONDITIONS. All registrations and bids are considered legal and binding. Please do not register to bid if you do not agree with these TERMS & CONDITIONS.

BIDDING:
Once you have registered now it's time to bid. Go to view catalog. Click on an item inside the catalog that you wish to bid on. Click on the "bid button". You can bid to the next increment or place a max bid. If you choose max bid the computer will bid for you up to your max amount. Preset bidding increments have been set up. As the price of an item increases the bid amount increments will increase.

AUCTION CLOSING:
Our Internet auctions use a "soft close" format. An item will close every 5 minutes after the beginning of an auction. This gives the bidder the opportunity to bid on more than one item. For bids received within 2 minutes of the closing time, bidding will be extended by 2 minutes. This process will continue until there is no more bidding activity.
PAYMENTS:
Upon auction closing, successful bidders will be emailed an unpaid invoice. If you do not see your invoice in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk inbox. For questions about payments or invoices, please email us at: auctions@buythepallets.com
All Bidders are required to pay for their purchases before removing any items.
There will be a 13% buyer’s premium (10% if paying cash) and NYS sales tax added to all items purchased. If you are tax exempt, you must sign a resale or farm exempt form.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Cash (sorry no checks or money orders).
Failure to pay for auction will result in bidder being banned from future bidding.
PICKUP AND REMOVAL:
THERE IS NO SHIPPING FOR AUCTION ITEMS. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY.
All items must be picked up with 7 business days, unless other arrangements are made. Buyers can remove items only on the days and times provided. Please DO NOT BID if you are unable to remove items on the days and times provided.

PRODUCT RETURNS & WARRANTY
ALL AUCTION ITEMS COME WITH A 3 DAY WARRANTY. This warranty covers only items which are broken, non-working, and/or not as described (i.e., blemishes, cosmetic defects, missing parts, etc.). Items described in the listing, and/or pictures showing, any cosmetic blemishes, defects, included items/parts, and/or other issues ARE NOT COVERED under this warranty.
Items covered under this WARRANTY MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN (3) DAYS BUSINESS DAYS. WARRANTY RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY for use on future auctions.
