There is a 10% buyer's premium for all items on this auction. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not warranted. Joe Kantz Auctions, LLC attempts to inspect and accurately describe all items, but bidder due diligence is required. If you'd like, you are able to inspect items by contacting Joe Kantz Auctions, LLC to schedule a suitable time at 570-898-4910.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All lots sold at auction are final. If you are the winning bidder you must pay for them. Joe Kantz Auctions, LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any point or to reopen bidding on any lot due to system failures or disputes. All buyers who wish to claim a sales tax exemption must email a REV-1220 PA Sales Tax Exemption form to joekantz@gmail.com before pick up time. If you've filed it with Hibid or another auctioneer, we DO NOT have it.
Pickup for this auction is on Friday, November 1st between the hours of 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM and Saturday, November 2nd between 9:00 AM and Noon. Once the auction has ended bidders are responsible for the items they’ve won. Any item not picked up on the primary pickup day will need to be picked up at our 816 Inch Hill Road, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 location. You will have one week after the auction to pay and pickup items. If you do not pick up or fail to contact Joe Kantz Auctions, LLC to make arrangements to pick up or ship we will assume you are forfeiting the items you won. In such case we will dispose of the items in a manner we deem best. If you are not able to pick up at the designated times you must make other arrangements by contacting the auction company. Joe Kantz Auctions, LLC does offer shipping for certain items in this auction. Failure to pay and or pickup items could result in being restricted in bidding in future auctions. We also may share non-paying bidder information with other auction companies. Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be added to the final amounts. If you are a tax exempt you must contact Joe Kantz Auctions, LLC prior to checkout and provide a REV-1220 Tax Exemption Form. Once the auction is completed an invoice will be issued to all winning bidders. Payment can be made at pick up in the form of cash or check (all checks must be a Pennsylvania residence and any returned checks will receive a $30 fee for insufficient funds). Credit Cards can be used (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa) but will be charged a 4% fee. (Shipping costs including a $2.00 Packaging Fee will be added before the card is charged.)
