Terms & Condition
All Bidders acknowledge to have read, comprehend, and agree to the following terms & conditions set forth by Jeff Boone Auction & Realty. ("Boone Auctions"). All bidders agree to be legally bound to these terms & conditions. All announcements made by the Auctioneer shall supersede any printed material.
Boone Auctions reserves the right to deny and or terminate bidding privileges at any time.
Buyers: Once invoiced, you have 24 hours to contact Boone Auctions to notify of payment arrangements. Please email JeffBooneAuctions@gmail.com with invoice and or bidder number with payment arrangements.
Terms: Cash, Check, & Wire Transfer accepted. Credit Cards ( Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3.99% in addition to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders.
Buyers Premium: 5% for Online Bidders - No BP for Onsite/In Person Bidders
Sales Tax: No Sales Tax will be charged on this Estate Auction
All items must be paid for for by 4 PM on Friday, November 15th
Pickup will be day of auction until 5 PM & Friday, November 15th from 10 AM to 4 PM.
All items must be picked up by Friday, November 15th at 4 PM. However, the family will accomodate for the pickup of items such as tractors and towable equipment to be picked up at a later date. Auction company will have load out assistance on Thursday and Friday only.
All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. Any items not picked up by this date will be be subject to being forfeited. The Auction company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. It is the buyers responsibility to insure purchases as needed immediately.
Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to insure purchases as needed immediately. All items sell “AS-IS” “Where-Is” with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. All sales are Final. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy, and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item of interest prior to bidding on it. After a bidder has won the bid, all risk of loss and damage passes to the bidder, even though the bidder may have not paid for the item yet. Buyers should guard their items accordingly. The Seller(s) and the Auction Company and all of its Associates are not responsible for loss, theft, damages, or accidents.
For Online Bidders: By placing bids you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions and make payment and take possession of purchased items. Although we strive to provide the best internet connections and software available, please understand that internet speeds and reliability will vary. The Auction company is not responsible for lost connection or software failures that result in lost or unaccepted bids. This will be a fast paced auction and quick bidding will be required.
Firearms Terms Expanded:
Boone Auctions is not a test facility and assumes no liability for the safe function of any firearm. All customers when purchasing a firearm that are not capable of rendering a judgement for the ability of the firearm to function safely and properly should have a qualified gunsmith check the purchase before use.
Boone Auctions does not warrant that you may legally purchase, resale, own or use specific products offered for sale at our auction. Local laws are constantly changing, it is your responsibility to investigate the products you wish to purchase and verify that they are not prohibited by any State or Local ordinances in your area before bidding.
Online Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. (Boone Auctions) shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
Boone Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
(Boone Auctions) is providing Internet pre-auction and internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against (Boone Auctions) or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. (Boone Auctions) will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. (Boone Auctions) reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
