Buyers are responsible for the inspection of the items when picked up and must provide your own packing material and boxes. Items shipped will be preinspected - photos taken if necessary and insured for value during transport. Payments must be made with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card Credit Card Information to be provided at time of payment - Your Credit Card information given at time of sign up is for verification of person only. A 4% credit card convenience fee will be added if a debit or credit card is used. No Sales Tax on this auction as it is an estate liquidation auction for an estate. We do not use the Hi-Bid system for credit card billing and will contact you on or before November 11th via e-mail or phone for this information if we believe that we will be shipping to you. You may also call us on Wednesday Novembee 6th from 9 AM to 5 PM at 618-483-9020 Credit Cards that are declined upon shipping requiring us to recall you for another card will have a $20 denial charge added to the invoice. In addition all coin purchases in excess of $50 will have payment method discussed prior to shipping - Those that pickup must pay for all coin purchases by cash or check approved by our management. A 4% convenience fee will be added if a debit or credit card is used with a $1 minimum convenience charge.
