Andreas & Associates will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer. A 18% Buyers Premium will be charged on all items.

5.All auction sales are settled using the buyers credit card (All Major Brands accepted) on file with HiBid. 18% buyers premium applies to all lots. Invoices over $1500 will require payment via wire transfer or check unless buyer is a previous known customer in good standing.
