Auction Terms & Conditions * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Buyer's premium of 10% is in effect. * We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen this auction in the event of computer system failures. * It is the buyers responsibility to contact us for payment. Credit Card charges are to be made through Guthery Auctions - NOT Hibid. *Pre-approval is required for large dollar amount purchases before the auction begins. All items must be paid for within 72 hours of the conclusion of the auction. Items not picked up within 14 days are subject to forfeiture to the Auction Company. • Pickup of merchandise, packing and shipping is handled by Suzanne and Wacky Pack & Ship. PLEASE NOTE: Handling fees will be incurred for services rendered (pickup, packing, shipping) upon request. • Wacky Pack & Ship can pick up and hold your auction items if you cannot make pickup for whatever reason. If you are long distance or out of state and want to pick up your item(s) but just cannot do so during the specified pickup times we can help with that as well. Keep in mind that large, heavy or oversized items are expensive to pack and ship (i.e. Framed pictures with glass, golf bags with clubs, etc) and we do not regulate or have any control of the shipping rates. Furniture is not shippable. • Call for shipping estimates PRIOR to bidding so as not to be surprised by the rising and changing cost of shipping recently. • Any packing and shipping requests or address changes should be sent directly to Suzanne at sendit@wackypackandship.com to guarantee attention to your requests. • Wacky Pack & Ship is a 3rd-Party shipper and not associated with the auction house or HiBid but we work hand in hand. All shipping expenses are invoiced to the customer directly from Wacky Pack & Ship and never auto-charged.
