It's the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We will do our best to picture and describe pieces as accurately as possible. Winning bidders will get statements within 24 hours of the auction close. No warranty and no guarantee on items. Winning bidder is responsible for picking up and moving items won. Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Texas buyers tax is 8.25%. Shipped items have a $5 handling fee per item and it must be arranged prior to end of auction. Buyer pays handling fee and shipping cost. Shipping is not currently available on large furniture or artwork except by special arrangement. When the customer enters a bid , you enter a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas.
