We encourage all bidders to inspect items thoroughly before bidding. 2. No Warranty Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC makes no guarantee regarding the condition, quality, or performance of the cabinets. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By participating in this auction, you agree to waive any claims against Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC regarding item condition. 3. Inspection of Items We highly recommend all potential bidders inspect the items prior to bidding. Inspection periods will be provided in advance. Once the auction ends, all sales are final, and the winning bidder is responsible for all aspects of the item purchased. 4. Bidding Process All bids must be placed through our online auction platform. Each bid is considered final, and no bid cancellations will be accepted.
