Registered bidders agree to all terms and conditions as set forth by auction company.
All items are sold strictly as is, where is including all faults. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine exact condition and authenticity of an item. Estate Liquidators of ENC strives to accurately describe all auction items, however, written and/or oral descriptions are only our opinion and should not be considered a guarantee or warranty either express or implied. Also, the absence of a condition report does not does not imply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final - no refunds or returns.
Estate Liquidators of ENC. reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion.
Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes.
Ownership is transferred once auctioneer calls it sold. Estate Liquidators of ENC .holds no liability for any item after is has been called as sold, and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and Estate Liquidators of ENC is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold Estate Liquidators of ENC harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy.
13% Buyer's Premium charged to all online bidders for Auction 1 of the Brabble Estate. All online purchases must be paid for upon receipt of invoice. A valid credit card must be made available to secure all online bidding and may be used for payment of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, approved certified funds, wire transfer, or approved check with a valid US billing address. Invoices containing jewelry, coins or silver will require payment by cash, wire transfer, or approved certified funds if you have not established a prior bidding history with our company. Estate Liquidators of ENC reserves the right to hold items paid for by check until the check has cleared. Wire transfer fees will be incurred by the buyer. Estate Liquidators of ENC may, at their discretion, require certain lots to be paid for by wire transfer.
We accept USD (U S Dollars), VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
All sales subject to North Carolina sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us.
All items must be picked up at the designated location based upon the pickup times to be announced or other prior arrangements must be made. Any items not claimed and left after fourteen (14) days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Estate Liquidators of ENC with no refunds given. Shipment and pick up is done at the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, handling, shipping and delivery services are performed at the sole risk of the buyer. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up.

Any announcements made day of auction take precedence over printed matter.
Any and all disputes resulting or arising in connection with this auction shall be heard in the general court of Chowan County, North Carolina as the sole and exclusive venue.

USE AND REGISTRATION
Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18) or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended members. If you are under the age of 18, you can use this service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our service. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to the TAC.
REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Bidder Information") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Sebae has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Sebae has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

Sebae provides the following services under the Auction Flex & HiBid trademarks: Integrated Web Service (for auctioneers), internet bidding (absentee, online-only, & webcast). You can learn more about these services in the following sections.
HIBID INTERNET AUCTION PLATFORM & WEB SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Sebae provides the HiBid (formerly Bidopia) Internet Auction Platform & Web Service ("HWS") under the HiBid trademark as a software solution for auctioneers wishing to extend the audience of their live auctions to the internet. The HWS provides various features including internet absentee bidding, internet-only auctions, and webcast auctions.
The HWS is able to changes its appearance to coincide with the website that it is powering. Accordingly, the HWS powers the www.hibid.com website as well as numerous Auction Flex customer websites. This ability to change appearance is a feature of the HWS. Much like internet merchant account providers can host a secure web page for a vendor to easily process payments, the HWS hosts certain portions of the auctioneer's website to easily enable advanced features such as internet bidding.
INTERNET ABSENTEE BIDDING
Internet absentee bidding allows you to place a bid for an item in advance of an auction. This allows you to place bids on lots without actually attending the auction.
INTERNET-ONLY AUCTIONS
Internet only bidding allows you to place a bid for an item prior to the auction lot closing online. In an internet-only auction there is no live auction.
