No shows will not recieve a refund and your items will be left behind. ***THOSE WHO REQUIRE SHIPPING**** Please allow us extra time for shipping for this sale as we have to first hold pickup for locals, then remove all of your items and bring back to our building, weigh and measure your items, calculate a quote, adjust your invoice and charge your cards. From this time, we will need a few days to get all orders packed and labeled for shipping. You will receive tracking as soon as that is complete. We use pirateship labels to save you money. Handling fees are 5 to 10 dollars per order going out depending on total package size etc. Invoices that have a lot of large items or large lots of glassware, may have to be shipped in more than one box. Payment Terms
We run the card on file the morning after the auction closes unless you have made other arrangements with us BEFORE the auction closes. We stopped taking cash due to those promising to show and then do not. This isnt fair to our consignors or our other bidders. I will make an exception if absolutely neccessary but this will have to be done BEFORE the auction closes. If you'd like to use a card other than the one on file here, let me know and ill send you a link to our secure processor. we do not take your card info ourselves. Please reach out with any questions. For those needing shipping, you will be charged once for your items, since this is an on site sale. Your items will be brought back to our location to be weighed and measured, at that point a shipping label price will be charged. we use pirate ship to keep the rates as low as possible. Please all us a few days to get this done, as our local pickup is the Sunday following the close of auction. We try to complete shipping within a week's time. Our handling fees are 5 - 10 dollars depending on final order size. Large items cannot be shipped. Please pay attention to the shipping button for each lot. If you're more than an hour away, I will assume you want shipping. If you are less than an hour away, I'll assume you want to pick up, unless otherwise informed.
