The contract for sale of the items is made therefore between the consignor of the property and the buyer. In cases where we own the property, the contract for sale is made between us and the buyer. The purchaser agrees that packaging, shipping and handling is at the absolute risk of the purchaser. The purchaser will pay all costs including, but not limited to, the handling associated with shipping. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties whom we might retain for the purposes of handling, packing and shipping. We do not accept responsibility for acts or omissions handlers or carriers. In no event will our liability to a purchaser exceed the purchase price actually paid. PAYMENT Payment for auction lots must be received within four days of the auction date in Euros. If you would like to pay in US dollars please contact us. Payment will not be deemed to have been made in full until we have collected good funds, and we shall be entitled to retain items sold until all amounts due to us have been received in full in good cleared funds. Vintage Art Finder Gallery will contact and send an invoice to all winning bidders via e-mail at the completion of the auction. Vintage Art Finder Gallery accept the following forms of payment: wire transfer, credit cards. When paying by credit card, commissions will be invoiced and added to shipping charges. If you are designated as the winning bidder, you agree to pay the full bid amount plus buyer's premium and shipping. A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to the total purchase price. You must pay in Euros. If you would like to pay in US dollars please contact us. The commission of your bank for the transfer must be paid by you. Pay the amount indicated in the invoice plus your bank's commission for the transfer. Bank commissions of your bank are paid by you and they are not reflected in the invoice.
