BIDDING
All items sold "as is where is," with all descriptions believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.
Bidding is in a staggered/soft close format. Items will close in 10 second increments, and if an item receives a bid close to its closing, the time will be extended to allow others to bid until the item stops receiving bids.
By bidding on an item, the bidder is entering into a legally binding contract.
BUYERS PREMIUM
Buyers premium of 12% on all items.
PAYMENT
All payments must be made in USD.
An additional 4% charge will be added for all credit card transactions.

GOLD, SILVER, JEWELRY, AND FIREARMS ARE SUBJECT TO A WIRE TRANSFER FOR ANY PURCHASES OVER $500. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSING.
Invoices will be sent out the morning after the auction closes, and will come via email from United Country Burke Auction and Realty. Invoices are sent UNPAID after the auction closes, as we allow cash and check payment at pickup. If you need shipping, your card will be charged before we start packaging your item. Should any issues arise with payment, we will contact you.
PICKUP
Buyers are responsible for bringing help and/or tools to pickup. We will not always have enough people available to help.
After invoices are sent out, please allow 24 hours for a second email to be sent from Shipping Saint. This email will allow you to choose whether you'd like to pick up your items, or have them shipped. It will also allow you to select a pickup time.
If you miss the pickup date and off-site items need to be brought back to our auction house as a result, you WILL be charged $30. We will contact you to make arrangements.
PLEASE READ PICKUP DATE AND TIME BEFORE BIDDING. All items must be picked up within 14 days of auction close. Items left after 14 days will be subject to resale at our discretion.
SHIPPING
When you request shipping, we will charge your card and your information will be given to our shipping department. When your order is being packed, you will receive an email from Shipping Saint. Once your order is packed, you will receive another email from Shipping Saint with an invoice that will need to be paid in order for us to ship your item. When that invoice is paid, your item will be sent to you via either UPS or USPS. Please allow 14 days after the auction closes for shipping updates.
We do not allow for prepaid shipping labels to be sent to us to ship your item. Shipping costs include our labor and materials in addition to size and weight.
All shipping orders will incur a flat $5 handling fee regardless of number of lots. Lots may be split between boxes to save on shipping costs; please check for multiple tracking numbers in your Shipping Saint emails.
If we are shipping firearms or ammunition it must be to a licensed FFL. Firearm transfers will incur a $20 transfer fee.
