Items are available for viewing online & in-house at least one week prior to the start of the auction. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Gold Coast Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event Gold Coast Auctioneers shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Gold Coast Auctioneers shall endeavor to describe or photograph in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Online buyers are free to call up to 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions.
All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. NY state will be charged NY state sales tax unless you have supplied Gold Coast Auctioneers with a valid re-sale permit.

NOTE!!! Please be aware that any unpaid invoice after 10 days those customers will be charged a storage fee of $10 a day. Please understand we need room for the next auction and unfortunately, many customers keep forgetting to pick up or pay for items. If the purchased property is not removed within 30 days of the sale, we may, at our sole discretion, consider that property abandoned and charge commissions on the sale, after reimbursement for storage.
