A $25 fee will be charged for each gun processed regardless of whether buyer has a concealed carry permit or FFL license. All firearms must be picked up at Ops Supply gun shop during store hours , 4400 Kiln Ct., Louisville, KY 40218, Tuesday. - Saturday. 11am – 6 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will come to 7001 Briscoe Lane on Saturday, Nov 2 or Sunday, Nov 3 to pay for your purchase and your invoice will be marked paid by staff. Ops Supply must have proof of payment before they will release any guns. BACKGROUND CHECK STATUS DENIED: If you purchase a weapon and are denied, you cannot bring someone else in to get the background check done. The background check is on the bidder only. VIEWING OF ITEMS CAN BE DONE AT THE REAL ESTATE OPEN HOUSES ON SUNDAY, Oct 20th AND 27th FROM 1-3PM. For Large items please bring your own labor to move and load. BUYER’S PREMIUM: a 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid of each item to determine the final selling price. SALES TAX: there will be a 6% Kentucky sales tax added to each purchase unless you provide us with a valid re-sale certificate.
