Description	Dear Bidders, Thank you for registering for our upcoming auction! We're excited to see you participate and wish you the best of luck with your bids. Here’s everything you need to know to get started: Auction Format: This online-only event concludes on Tuesday, October 22nd, at 6 PM Central Time. Soft Closing Explained: Our auction features a soft closing system. If a bid is placed during the final 120 seconds of an auction lot's closing time, an additional 120 seconds will be added to the clock. This prevents last-second sniping and keeps the auction fair for all bidders. Pro Tip: Avoid the last-second rush. Try to bid when at least 30 seconds are left to increase your chances of winning. Many bidders lose out by waiting until the final moments. Can’t Stay Online? Place a Max Bid: If you can't monitor the auction live, consider placing a “Max Bid” on your desired lots. Enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay, and the system will bid incrementally for you against competitors, keeping your bid hidden and only increasing it when challenged by another bidder. For example, if the current bid is $10, and you place the max bid for $50, the current bid ($10) will rise to $11. Each time another bidder places a bid, it will follow the bid increments up to your max bid. Automatically Outbid As Soon As You Place A Bid: Sometimes, bidders are concerned when they place a bid and instantly outbid. This goes back to the “Max Bid.” For example, if the current bid is $10, you place a bid for $15. You instantly receive a notification that you are outbid, and we are now asking for $16. That means another bidder has placed a “Max Bid” at or higher than your bid. Two Bidders Place The Same Bid Amount - Tie Bid When two bidders place a bid for the same amount, the first bidder will show as the winning bidder. For example, the current bid is $50. Bidder #1 places a “Max Bid” of $100. Bidder #2 Places a bid for $100. Bidder #1 would be the winning bidder, and we are now asking for $101. Payment Details: All purchases will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card on file within 24 hours after the auction ends. If you wish to pay with cash, please make that selection when you register. Item Pick-up: Friday, October 25th, 10 AM - 430 PM Saturday, October 26th, 10 AM - 2 PM Pick-Up Location: 240 Hub Circle Bldg. 1. Buyer’s Premium: A 12% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price—NO CREDIT CARD FEES. NO TAX 2. Payment Method: The credit/debit card you registered with will be charged within 24 hours after the sale. If you want to pay with cash, please select “CASH” when registering. 3. Item Condition: All items are sold “As Is, Where Is.” The auctioneer, staff, and company are not responsible for the condition of the items. 4. Handling: Most items (fragile/glass) have been wrapped in newspaper, stretch film, bubble wrap, or carefully boxed for protection. 5. Inspection: Buyers may inspect boxed items to ensure they are in the same condition as represented in the pictures. 6. Preview Dates: Sunday, October 20th 2 PM - 4 PM 7. Announcements: Announcements and updates made on the day of the sale take precedence over all other advertising. 8. Item Pickup: Items won must be picked up on the listed “Pick-Up Dates” following the auction. Winning Bidders will receive an email and text to schedule their pick-up day and time. Pick-up is by appointment only. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned. 9. Card Fees: This auction has no additional credit/debit card fees. 10. Chargebacks: By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree to pay for the items you won as described and will not initiate a chargeback. This agreement serves as a fully executed and enforceable contract. If a chargeback is attempted, we will provide this contract to the credit card company as documentation of your acceptance of our terms and conditions, which could result in additional fees between you and the creditor. 11. Cash Payments: If you wish to pay with cash, please select the cash option when registering. There is no additional fee or discount for paying with cash. Your card will still be charged if you do not pick up your items. 12. Shipping: Most items are available for shipping. The bidder is responsible for ensuring that the lot is listed as “Will Ship.” Otherwise, the lot will state “Shipping Not Available.” After the auction, you will receive an email to confirm whether you want to pick your items up in person or if you want them shipped. If you select to have your items shipped, we will package your items and send you an invoice for shipping and handling. Your items will be shipped by the end of the following week. 13. Please do not bid on items at our auction unless you intend to buy them. If you are found to be “Joy-Bidding” (Bidding on items without the intention of purchasing them), We will ban you from our future auctions. This will hurt your HiBid score and will result in the likelyhood that you won’t be able to bid at any other auctioneers' auctions either on HiBid. 14.
