Description
Personal property estate auction, including quality furniture, household items, along with equipment that is all running.
ELIGIBILITY: The auction is open to individuals who are 18 years or older, and who meet any additional eligibility requirements set by the auction platform. By participating in the auction, the buyer confirms their eligibility and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions. REGISTRATION: Buyers must register with accurate and complete information to participate in the auction. The auction platform reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion. ITEM DESCRIPTIONS: Goods are sold "as is" with all faults, and the auction platform makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition or authenticity of the items. Buyers are encouraged to review item descriptions, photographs, and any available reports or certificates before placing bids. BIDDING PROCESS: Bids placed are binding and cannot be retracted. The auction platform may set a starting bid and bidding increments, and reserves the right to withdraw or modify items, extend bidding periods, or cancel bids at its discretion. AUCTION DURATION AND CLOSING: The auction will run for a specified duration, and the closing time will be clearly communicated. In the event of bidding activity near the closing time, the auction may be extended for a predetermined time period. BUYER'S PREMIUM AND FEES: A buyer's premium of 5% will be added to the final bid price. In the event of bidding activity near the closing time, the auction may be extended for a predetermined time period. Sales Tax: If you are sales tax exempt, you will need to provide a completed tax-exempt form. Payment Terms: Accepted forms of payment will be specified, such as credit cards, wire transfers, or other approved methods. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion or at pickup of items. Late payments may be subject to penalties or cancellation of the sale. All denied transactions due to expiration date, non-sufficient funds, and/or other reasons, shall be subject to a $10 processing fee. Shipping and Delivery: Buyers are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of shipping, insurance, and any applicable customs or import duties. The auction platform will provide estimated delivery times and will assist in coordinating shipping. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the auction or related transactions will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration according to Illinois laws. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve any disputes amicably. Limitations of Liability: The auction platform will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the goods purchased, including loss of profits, data, or personal injury. The buyer assumes all risks associated with the purchase and use of the items. Privacy and Data Protection: The auction platform will handle customer information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy. Personal data may be shared with third parties only as necessary to fulfill the auction transaction or as required by law. Documents: All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For example: Death certificates, Letters of authority, Creditor liens, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc. All gun buyers will be required to fill out a 4473 form and pass a background check. Out of state buyers will be required to have any and all guns shipped to an TTL (Federal Firearms License) Dealer. Pick up for lots won will be Saturday October 12, between 9:00-6:00 and Sunday October 13, 9:00-6:00. If any lots are not picked up after one week, they will be considered abandoned.

Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, except for gold items. A 2% transaction fee will be applied for all credit card transactions. No credit card payments will be accepted for gold items. Buyers of gold must make payment via direct deposit to a designated account. Payment must be confirmed before shipment of any gold items. Wire transfers are accepted for large purchases. Please contact us for instructions and account details. Cash payments will be accepted by appointment at pickup location. All payments are due within 24 hours of the auction's close. Failure to remit payment within the allotted time may result in cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of the items. Applicable Illinois 6.5% sales tax will be applied to all purchases unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided before the close of the auction. 5% Buyer's premium will be added to the final sale price of each item. $25 handling fee will be applied to each shipping purchase. Any shipping or delivery charges will be added to the invoice post sale and will be the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted. We encourage all buyers to review the items carefully during the preview period. We have everything boxed up for pick up. Customers are not to enter the estate. All lots will be in the garage for pick up. Auction staff will help with loading. If buyers need to hire a moving company, auction staff will meet, and coordinate pick up. We will not ship anything with a gasoline engine, local pick up only. We charge $25.00 per shipping order, and anything that weighs over 75lbs will be dropped off at UPS at buyers' expense. No credit card purchases on gold, after lot is won, please contact auction house for routing number for direct deposit.
