TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I .) This will be sold by the surveyed acre. No combinations. Survey will be provided by Seller. 2.) The successful bidder will be required to enter into a standard purchase agreement contract. 10% of the contract purchase price will be due immediately following the auction. A bank letter of buyer qualifications shall be provided by the buyer to the seller at contract signing. The balance will be due and payable at closing on or before November 25, 2024. 3.)
