National Farm Toy Show Auction 2024
TERMS & CONDITIONS 10% Buyers Premium on all purchases. All sales final. Shipping: Buyer pays any and all shipping costs. Cornwell Auction will handle all shipping. All items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at additional costs to the buyer. NO items will be shipped without insurance. All shipping will be completed within 10 business days of full payment being received after the auction. Buyers will receive an email notice when there item(s) have been shipped, how they were shipped, and how many packages they will be receiving. All our shipping is done through the UPS unless large item or otherwise directed. Every package that is shipped will be charge a minimum $5 handling fee to help pay for materials & time (boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, ect.). Larger items or items that require special handling will be charge more than the $5 per box. YOU WILL HAVE 1 CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! Once for your purchase price plus the buyer's premium & shipping/handling/insurance. If you want to pick up your items after the auction, please let us know. IF YOU PLAN on buying on day one and picking up the following day YOU MUST LET US KNOW PRIOR TO THE START OF THE AUCTION!!!!!! NE Sales tax will be charged to all NE resident buyers and any out of state buyer that picks up their purchases at our facility. If you buy online and we ship to you out of state, no sales tax is charged. If you have a SALES TAX RESALE CERTIFICATE you will be exempt, but we must have a copy of the certificate. Sales tax is also charged on our handling fee when shipping. INSURANCE CLAIMS: If you receive a damaged item, please keep all packaging including the box & packaging material all call our office ASAP and we will work with you on the settlement. DO NOT JUST SHIP THE ITEMS BACK TO US without contacting us FIRST! All bidders herby certify that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed below and they agree to be bound thereby. Each auction may have additional terms that are not listed here. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand all the term and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. Bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. The auction will go to a LIVE auction with live Internet bidding for the conclusion. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24-hours before the ending of the auction. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. Cornwell Auction is acting as agents for the seller. All auctions are sold with reserve unless otherwise stated. Reserves, if any, will not be disclosed. All final bids are subject to seller’s confirmation. Only the top bidder will be contacted to the status of his/her bid. Payment: All payments must be made within or before 72 hours of being invoiced after the close of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Personal Check accompanied by Bank Letter of credit, Cashier’s Check accompanied by Bank Letter of credit, Visa/MasterCard on purchases less than $20,000, Bank Wire Transfer ($25 Service fee applies). If payment is not made within the stated time period, the item will be considered in default and may be turned over to a collection agency. No Partial payments will be accepted. ***Please include your bidding number on your check and a copy of your invoice with your payment* State sales tax, transfer, license fees & document fees will be charged where applicable.
