Auction Terms & Conditions 1) All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All bids are binding, no refunds will be given. 2) All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. 3) Bidder inspection is encouraged. 4) By placing a bid, bidder signifies they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or they have chosen not to personally examine them. 5) We Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. 6) 10% Buyer's premium applied to all bids, additional 3% fee for use of a Credit or Debit card. 7) Clover Creek Auctions accepts Cash, Approved Checks, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express. 8) All items must be paid and settled within 72 business hours after the close of the auction. Items must be picked up during that time. Any items left after 72 hours are subject to a $5.00 a day storage fee or will be resold. 9) Clover Creek Auctions reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures or malfunctions. 10) Auctioneer is not responsible for technical issues that may arise preventing buyer from placing their bids. While we make every effort to ensure correct descriptions we are unable to guarantee the condition of any item. 11) THE ACCEPTANCE OF HIGH BID BY THE AUCTIONEER CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE BUYER AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE UNDER IDAHO STATE LAW.
