If you are unable to pickup your items on Oct. 7th please do not bid, unless you have made arrangements with us before bidding. Everything must be removed from the premises on Oct. 7th. Unless prior arrangements have been made. If you make prior arrangements to pickup on a different day we will only hold your items for 5 days then they will be resold or donated.
Bidding is a contract, you will be charged for items won on the auction even if you do not pickup. If you do not pick up your items won during the specified date and time your items are considered forfeited and donated or resold to cover cost of removal and storage. We will only hold items up to 5 days from auction pick up date. The card you registered with on Hibid will be charged.
We take great pride in photographing the auction items and describing the items to the best of our abilities. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Not all common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine overall condition before bidding on an item by live preview, looking at photographs, reading descriptions or request of condition reports.
We will ship most items, lots will be noted as “shipping available” if the lot is shippable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and cost associated with shipping. Auction Invoices and Shipping invoices must be paid prior to shipping. Shipping invoices not paid within 10 days of invoice being sent items will be considered abandoned and donated or resold to cover cost of storage.
You must be able to load and remove items you win in the auction on the specified auction pickup date and time. We do not provide boxes and packaging material. You must bring your own. If you have any questions regarding auction items or pickup/shipping please email us prior to bidding.
BUYERS FEES: The price paid by Online Bidder is the sum of;?(a) Bidder's final bid (hammer price per lot),?(b) A buyers premium of 18% of the hammer price per lot?(c) All applicable sales tax.??Buyer understands and agrees that the 18% per Lot purchased will be automatically included in the final settlement figure, and the buyer will be required to pay all applicable taxes, if you have tax exemption you must provide your tax exemption number before the auction ends. Please email us a copy of your exemption so we can update it in our system before invoices are sent out at the end of the auction.
The highest bidder agrees to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is. Minor scratches, chips or damages may not always be photographed.

All Credit card payments over 500 for shipping orders must have a credit card authorization form signed & copy of a state issued ID before using your card.
For vehicles bought on the auction will need a wire transfer. We no longer take credit cards or Checks for automobile purchases. There is only a 10% BP on automobiles.
