As the buyer you are responsible for inspecting items, asking questions etc. we do our best but cannot guarantee (mileages , hours, years, and conditions) we want you to be happy with your purchases. We do not offer refunds. Auctioneer’s Rights: We reserve the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time or to reject any bid at your discretion. Terms and Conditions: Item Condition: All items are sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees. We highly recommend that you ask questions and/or view items before bidding. We strive to provide accurate information, but as these items are consigned, we cannot guarantee details such as years, mileage, hours, or exact conditions. Transparency: Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase through a transparent process. While we do our best to provide complete information, not everything may be accurate. Buyer’s Premium: A 5% buyer’s premium will be applied to items over $5,000. A 10% buyer’s premium will be applied to items under $5,000. Payment Terms: Payment must be made within 24 hours after the auction ends. Accepted payment methods include cash and card (3.5% convince fee on cards). Checks only accepted for items over $10,000 and must be authorized by auctioneer. Pickup: All items must be picked up within one week of the auction’s end unless otherwise arranged with the auction company. Items left beyond one week will incur daily storage fees of $25 per day for up to one additional week. After this period, items will be forfeited to the auction company without refund. Liability: We are not liable for any issues arising from the use or condition of the items after purchase.
