Richards Estate Auction will end bidding with a soft close on Thursday October 10th, 2024, with staggered close times beginning with the first Lot @ 7:00p.m. Eastern Time. Items are being sold online only with local pick-up in Franklin In. Shipping will be available except for freight. This estate belonged to the late JD & Wanda Richards. Items that can be found in this auction are some NOS (new old stock), USMC military collectibles, many bald eagles, Thomas Kincaid, Strawberry shoertcake, NOS toys, NIS mickey mouse, NOS watches, alot of Mid Century items, an entire collection of Wilton Bakeware Charecter Bake Pans and cake toppers, old first edition books, vinyl records, Cast Iron, collection of belt buckles, Bicentenial, 1980s Pan American Games Noveties, Kids books and some NOS graphic tees, NOS Toys, NOS Clothes, NOS Halloween, and more. Most of these items are from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, with some older and some newer. There is a 15% Buyers Premium and sales tax applied. If you are tax exempt, please email your ST-105 form or bring it with you when picking up. (please make note when registering). Sales tax will apply if the form is not received. You can print one off from our website. Pick up will be by appointment ONLY on Friday October 11th from 9AM-6PM and Saturday October 12th from 9AM-1PM. (All Winning bidders will receive an email after the auction with unpaid invoice & address of pick-up location/shipping information. New bidders will want to check spam folders for email.) Visit our website's schedule pick-up page to schedule pick-up during provided dates and times. Contact Auction Company if you need to make other pick-up arrangements. We can accommodate these arrangements for pick up - up to one week after this sale for this auction. If pickup arrangements have not been made, Items will be disposed of. You must pay your invoice through our website if not paying cash when picking up. Please read our terms and conditions for items not picked up or paid for. All shipping will be done by the Auction Company through USPS or UPS when Invoices are paid. Buyers requiring shipping need to pay invoices within 3 days after auction ends or items will be disposed of. At that time, a revised email will be sent out for shipping. The shipping invoice will need to be paid within 3 days of revised invoice email or items will be disposed of. We charge shipping costs plus $12.00 per shipped box. All packing and shipping of merchandise is at the risk and expense of the buyer. For shipping arrangements, kindly make a note when registering.
